We had a great stay at Atholl Villa once again (2nd time this year). Very comfortable and relaxed time. Breakfast always fantastic - our little girl got breakfast for the weekend at no extra charge. Very much looking forward to coming to stay again soon, thanks so much for making us welcome.

Wonderful stay, very comfortable, most accommodating for our needs. Can recommend Smoked Haddock for breakfast - best I have tasted in a long time. Exceptional value for money. Lovely location. Once again our stay with Anne & Jim was excellent the rooms have been upgraded and are top of the range. You will not be disappointed. This was our third year at atholl villa and we will be returning in June 2012.

My husband and I had a superb stay at Atholl Villa. We were made to feel extremly welcome and nothing was to much bother. Our room was lovely and we'd definately stay again. Jims jokes cracked us up.

Stayed at Atholl Villa for a weekend, there were 6 of us, (3 couples) on motorbikes . Very friendly, excellent breakfast (even Jim's jokes were not too bad in the morning lol), made to feel very welcome. Had offer to dry wet leather biking gear if needed, fortunately this wasn't required. Would definately reccomend Atholl Villa and will book again if we are ever staying in Pitlochry.

Hello, I just wanted to thank you for your great help during monday morning - I was one of the three guys staying at your location from monday to sunday. After having treated me in Pitlochry they brought me by ambulance to Perth where they diagnosted kidney stones. The pain went away during noon and I could leave hospital by 6 p.m. Hopefully I will soon return to Pitlochry and come back to your place (because I could not taste the Haggis).

TOP LOCATION, COMFORT, SERVICE - FIRST CLASS!!!! I had the pleasure of staying 1 night at Atholl Villa last weekend. I have stayed in many B and B s over the last 18 months in Scotland and consider myself to be a fairly discening judge of B and B s by now. Atholl Villa is up there at the top of the list!!!!!!!!
From the moment I arrived I knew I had made an excellent decision. The location is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk to train and bus stations and centre of the village.
The rooms are absolutely spotless and comfortable with those little extras - water, chocs. The linen is beautiful and fresh and the bathroom was also immaculate. It is immediately obvious that they take extreme pride in making sure your stay will be perfect.
Nothing is too much trouble for Jim and Ann who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. They are welcoming, helpful and friendly - running a very professional establishment.
Breakfast was BEAUTIFUL and I had the BEST scrambled eggs ever!!! The dining room for breakfast has a lovely outlook with huge windows and I felt very comfortable on my own for breakfast (being a solo traveller).
I would strongly recommend staying here when visiting Pitlochry and you definitely won't be disappointed. If like me - you would stay again there on a return visit for sure.

After encountering problems with his rental car he was extremely grateful to receive such care and generous assistance to get him back on the road.
