The terms & conditions of booking constitue a contract between you and Atholl Villa Guest House Ltd. Once a booking has been made, you are then bound by the terms and conditions of booking stated below.
In the event of no show or cancellation of a booking up to 48 hours prior to the intended arrival the accomodation will be charged for unless the room(s) is (are) re-let. If you need to cut short your stay, the full number of nights reserved will be charged for unless 48 hours notice is given of this change to your reservation.
If a deposit has been paid and the accomodation is cancelled within 48 hours of the intended arrival, the accomodation must be re-let in order to refund the deposit.
There is a 5% surcharge on all payments made by credit card and business credit card.
If the accomodation is being invoiced, credit terms are stated on the invoice and must be adhered to.
Cancellation Policy - Guest House
Cancellation within 48 hours of the booking date [at 4.00 pm] may cost the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Cash, Cheque, Travellers Cheques Sterling.
Smoking
Atholl Villa Guest House & Apartment are non smoking establishments.
Pets
We do not allow pets in the Guest House or in the private apartment.
