Pitlochry is a delightful Victorian town nestling in the Perthshire Highlands amidst some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. Easily accessible by road and rail, Pitlochry is the premier inland resort in Scotland, and its position close to the country's geographical centre makes it an ideal touring base. From here, the length and breadth of Scotland can be explored using either public or private transport.

Pitlochry's fame as a holiday resort dates from as long ago as the 1860's. Since that time, many of the towns fine houses and mansions have become quality hotels and guesthouses. Atholl villa is one example.

This area is proud of its tourist traditions, and nowhere sums up these traditions better than Pitlochry's Atholl Road. Here can be found an abundance of restaurants and shops, all offering a wide choice of goods to suit any buyer.

• The double bedroom has a large en-suite with shower cubicle, otherwise no adaptations.
• The large twin bed room has pull-cords on curtains and wall lights, a low wall mounted remote controlled television and optional low clothes rail in the wardrobe. The twin beds are of standard height.

The en-suite is sufficiently large to permit manoeuvring of a wheelchair within. The WC is standard height. Wash-basin is standard height with ‘lever’ type taps.
